Marimon Buendia & Carranza's advice on private insurance, which corresponds to the activity of an insurance broker, is carried out by means of an objective analysis based on a prior study of a sufficient number of insurance contracts from among those existing in the insurance market for the risk to be covered, which allows Marimon Buendia & Carranza to formulate an insurance proposal that meets the client's needs and responds to all the questions raised in the client's request. This analysis is not limited exclusively to the product, but also extends to the quality of the service and benefits that the insurance company, whether chosen or rejected, is able to provide at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

Complaints and claims

In order to attend to and resolve complaints and claims relating to the activity of Marimon Buendia & Carranza, the company has an externalised Customer Service Department, the head of which is Mr. José Antonio Muñoz Márquez, who can be contacted by letter sent to his professional office at c/ Aragón, 208, 6º 5ª CP 08011 Barcelona or by e-mail to info@solventoconsulting.com. The Service Holder is obliged to resolve complaints and claims within a maximum period of two months from the date of their presentation. After this period or if the client does not agree with the resolution, he/she may write to the Complaints Service of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds, located at Paseo de la Castellana, 44, CP 28046 Madrid, being essential to prove that the complaint or claim has been made in writing to the Customer Service Department of the Brokerage Firm.
